Wolfson Bursaries - Care Home Staff

The Wolfson bursaries for Care Home staff aim to improve the quality of care given to patients, their carers and families. Individuals can apply for a maximum of 75% of course or module fees, up to £1,500 in any one year and a maximum of £3,000 in any three-year period – subject to funds being available. The amount awarded will be decreased proportionately for applicants working less than 18 hours a week.

The Bernard Sunley Foundation

The Bernard Sunley Foundation is family grant making foundation which supports charities in England and Wales working to raise the quality of life and provide greater opportunities for the young, the elderly, the disabled and the disadvantaged. It supports building and refurbishment projects, specialist new transport and the creation of outdoor or recreational spaces for care homes, hospices, day centres and other facilities that provide relief and sanctuary for patients, their families and those with special needs. The emphasis is on helping charities that are providing an excellent standard of care and support within their communities.


LIFT (Local Investment in Future Talent) Community Grants

LIFT Community Grants is a funding programme for skills and employability support activity in Norfolk and Suffolk communities. Grants are available to community and voluntary organisations that provide training or support to help people improve their chances of obtaining work.
