Norfolk Care Association (NoRCA) Chief Operating Officer - update

NoRCA have issued this update about recruitment of a Chief Operating Officer

We were unable to appoint a Chief Operating Officer in the last recruitment round and are currently re-advertising.  A copy of the advertisement and a call for Stakeholders to be part of the interview process is given below. Role:  Chief Operating Officer

Base:  Colegate, Norwich                        Salary:  £50,000 - £55,000 per annum

Are you a skilled leader who can evidence success as a senior manager and strategic thinker and who can build powerful relationships with providers, stakeholders and service users?  If so, then we would love to hear from you.

Norfolk Care Association Ltd is a new organisation representing all social care organisations providing direct care to individuals and support to their families and operating in the Norfolk and Waveney area.

An extensive consultation undertaken with the social care sector and completed in April 2019 confirmed the most important role for a Care Association was to give a voice to providers when working with health and social care commissioners. 

We are currently looking to recruit a Chief Operating Officer to work with the Care Association Directors to realise this aspiration and ensure that Norfolk Care Association effectively represents and engages with all social care providers.

This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of adult social care in Norfolk and Waveney and we are looking for a dynamic individual who will inspire, innovate and create sustainable partnerships across health and social care.

Interviews will take place in Dereham on Friday 1st May 2020 and will consist of a presentation to a stakeholder panel and a formal interview.
