Q&A session for vaccine-hesitant social care staff
Following a very successful recent ‘COVID vaccination – ask the local experts’ session, it was decided that there should be a similar event aimed specifically at social care staff who are hesitant or worried about getting the vaccine. So, one has been arranged for Tuesday 2nd March from 10-11:30am via Microsoft Teams.
The Q&A session will provide an opportunity for care staff to listen and ask questions about the vaccine. It will offer time to have a conversation in a comfortable space with a panel of local experts including Public Health, GPs, registered nurses and staff involved in the vaccination rollout. This is about listening to care workers' concerns and questions, and answering them as best we can.
There are two ways for staff to become involved:
- Just attend and listen anonymously, no one will be put on the spot.
There is no need to register in advance, interested staff can just click the link below at 10am on Tuesday 2nd March and join the meeting.
