The workforce strategy and implementation plan are currently in draft form. They identify the challenges facing the social care sector and proposes workforce solutions to help address those challenges.
The survey will ask for your views on both the challenges and actions we should take.
The closing date for completion is Friday 20th November 2020.
The survey is anonymous but you can provide your contact details so we can keep in touch regarding the progress and outcomes of the consultation.
Who is overseeing this consultation?
The consultation is being overseen by a Workforce Strategy Steering Group (consisting of care provider representatives and health and social care commissioners from across Norfolk and Waveney.

What will happen following the consultation?
Using your feedback, we will finalise the Adult Social Care Workforce Strategy, confirm priority actions and identify the resources needed to implement the strategy. The Strategy will also inform our discussions with partners and stakeholders and help shape our joint work programme.
